Holistic and intuitive coaching?

Holistic coaching is the practice of looking at all ​sides of our lives: physical, mental, spiritual, and ​emotional. This approach has a much more potent ​effect because rather than just treating the ​symptoms, we’re looking at what’s underneath too.

Intuitive coaching is where I stay connected to my ​intuition to best serve you, as well as guiding you to ​your own intuition to find what it is that you’re truly ​needing. The knowledge of your own intuition is ​always going to make a bigger change than any “one-​size-fits-all” approach.

How do I know if coaching is for me?

As someone who struggled with ADHD my whole life, I only know too well the pain, frustration, and chaos ​that ensues from such a disorder. For years I thought, "What is wrong with me? Why can't I ever focus, or ​be on time, or be consistent about ANYTHING?"


After years of digging and receiving my own life coaching, I figured out how to manage my symptoms in a ​way that made me feel like I was in control of my life instead of it being in control of me.


I discovered that managing ADHD is not about forcing yourself to fit into a neurotypical mold, but rather ​embracing your unique brain wiring and finding strategies that work WITH your ADHD, not against it.
